1. Are the leather goods on leathetetro are handmade?

Yes, all of our leather items are handmade.

 

2. What kind of leather are leathretro's items made of?

All of our products are made of Genuine Cowhide Leather.

 

3. How to do daily maintance for leather products?

Do regularly use a soft cotton cloth or brush to clean the leather items,

Do blot away water or moisutre as soon as possible,

Do air-dried or dried with a warm wind when the leather goods wet,

Do keep the leather item with a plastic bag sealed and stored in a cool place if no used for a long term,

Avoid leather goods directly put in the water to be cleaned,

Avoid contact with acid and alkaline substances, corrosive substances,

Avoid direct contact with sharp and hard objects or friction.

 

4. Can i personalize my leather bag with logo or name？

Yes，we provide personalization service for most leather bags, please feel free to contact us at info@leatheretro.com.

 

Order

1. How do I order?
Add the items you like to your shopping cart or click the check out button directly . proceed and check out, ensure that all information is correct before making your payment.


2. How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Paypal.


3. I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Fill in the coupon code at the blank "Apply Discount Code" in the check out page before proceeding to check out.

Shipping&Delivery

1. Can i change my shipping address if my order has already been shipped out?

Sorry, we can not change your shipping address once your order is shipped out.


2. What payment methods do you accept?
For now, we only accept PayPal. You can also try paypal guest payments if you do not have a paypal account.


3. What shipping methods do you offer?
we offer two shipping methods: standard shipping method(7-15 business days) and expedited shipping (1-3 business days), please click here to see details.


4. How long will i receive my order?
The time from making an order to receiving your parcel: Total time=Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time


5. What can I do if I did not receive but tracking says delivered?
Packages might be delivered to your mail box. We suggest you check in your mail box. Please also contact your local post office or shipping company with the tracking number. In some cases, post offices may require customers to collect parcels in person for international deliveries.
