Customer's satisfaction is always the top priority for leatheretro.com. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied,  we've made the return process super easy.

1. Returns for Standard Products(not for Custom Products) without Quality Problem

• Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after the delivery date
• Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for standard products without quality problem.The shipping fee is depends on your location and the shipping company you choose.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Returns for products with quality problem

• Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after the receiving day for products with quality problem
• we will be responsible for the shipping fee whatever cost.

 

3. Returns for Custom Products without Quality Problem

Please note custom products without quality problem cannot be returned since each customized portfolio is unique and can not be sold again. Please check your custom information carefully when purchasing.

For any returns, please feel free to contact our customer service via email at info@leatheretro.com firstly. Our customer representative will help you how to make a retrn or exchange.

Refunds

• Returns for standard products without quality problem, customers will be refundedwhat you have paid for the item within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
• Returns for standard products with quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item and the return shipping fee within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
• The original shipping fee is not refundable, we have the right to deducted the original shipping fee when make the refund after we receive your returned item.
