The Layered Ruffle Wool-Blend Scarf-Wrap Coat fuses classic outerwear structure with expressive draping. Crafted in a dense black wool-blend, the design features an exaggerated cascading front panel that mimics the fluidity of a scarf, enveloping the neckline and chest in layered folds. - we will be responsible for the shipping fee whatever cost.
3. Returns for Custom Products without Quality Problem
Please note custom products without quality problem cannot be returned since each customized portfolio is unique and can not be sold again. Please check your custom information carefully when purchasing.

Refunds
- Returns for standard products without quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
- Returns for standard products with quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item and the return shipping fee within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
- The original shipping fee is not refundable, we have the right to deducted the original shipping fee when make the refund after we receive your returned item.
