Designed with an intentional contrast between utilitarian outerwear and cozy interiors, this reversible puffer jacket offers dual styling with a structured shell and plush fleece side. The design features an asymmetric toggle closure and exaggerated stand collar, giving it a sculptural, forward-leaning form. On one side, the clean nylon surface is punctuated by rope-and-toggle fastenings and welt pockets; on the reverse, soft teddy fleece is finished with button closures and contrasting patch pockets. The silhouette is generously padded for volume while maintaining sharp edge and line.

2. Returns for products with quality problem
- Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after the receiving day for products with quality problem
- we will be responsible for the shipping fee whatever cost.
3. Returns for Custom Products without Quality Problem
Please note custom products without quality problem cannot be returned since each customized portfolio is unique and can not be sold again. Please check your custom information carefully when purchasing.

Refunds
- Returns for standard products without quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
- Returns for standard products with quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item and the return shipping fee within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
- The original shipping fee is not refundable, we have the right to deducted the original shipping fee when make the refund after we receive your returned item.
