"The theme of this project revolves around memories of death, drawn from my personal experiences. My journey began when my grandfather passed away, and I found myself dodging painful memories. I thought these memories would fade after the funeral, but they lingered. Years later, I had a dream where my grandfather returned and embraced me gently. In the dream, my tears transformed into countless souls¡ªeach one like a string pulling me into a warm embrace. They encircled my heart, like souls around a warm campfire. This dream inspired the first story in my series."

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Returns for products with quality problem
- Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after the receiving day for products with quality problem
- we will be responsible for the shipping fee whatever cost.
3. Returns for Custom Products without Quality Problem
Please note custom products without quality problem cannot be returned since each customized portfolio is unique and can not be sold again. Please check your custom information carefully when purchasing.

Refunds
- Returns for standard products without quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
- Returns for standard products with quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item and the return shipping fee within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
- The original shipping fee is not refundable, we have the right to deducted the original shipping fee when make the refund after we receive your returned item.
